In order to empower the women, we need to kill all the demons killing women's rights and values in the society such as dowry system, illiteracy, sexual harassment, inequality, female infanticide, domestic violence against women, rape, prostitution, illegal trafficking and other issues. Gender discrimination in the nation brings cultural, social, economic and educational differences which push country back.

At HISI, we plan to work with the women and girls by providing them access to education, health and skill development courses, focusing on alleviating poverty and social exclusion through our comprehensive programmes in health, education and skill development for respectable livelihoods.
